General Mindful Shower Technique
Start with your hair/head and imagine washing off negative thoughts.
As you wash your face, imagine you're washing off a veil so that you can see clearly.
When you get to your neck, release any regret of words you have exchanged and forgive yourself and others.
Now that you're on your chest do a circular motion around your heart and make space for more love.
As you wash your stomach, rid of any worry you might be feeling. Go to your arms and hands and wash away any blockages you're holding that is stopping you from giving and receiving light.
When you reach your genital area , wash off any blockages that isn't letting you experience pleasure.
Then when you get to your legs and feet imagine washing off all fears so you can walk with confidence.
