Learn how to move beyond the body safely with intention and control
This is a guided self practice week for learning how to separate awareness from the physical body using grounded spiritual and mental techniques. This is not forced. This is about control safety and clarity. You will learn how to prepare your mind your body and your space for conscious travel and how to protect your energy while doing so.
WHAT IS ASTRAL TRAVEL
Astral travel is when your awareness moves outside your physical body while your body stays resting. You are not leaving reality. You are shifting your perception. The goal is not escape. The goal is exploration with safety and self control.
Everyone does this naturally in dreams but most don't remember bc its not like the common sequence of experineces we share IN *Dreams. This practice teaches you how to do it on purpose while awake and aware.
AWARENESS TIPS AND REALITY CHECK PRACTICES
These are daily habits that train your mind to question reality while staying calm. This helps you wake up inside dreams and move closer to conscious astral travel.
Finger counting
Look at your hand and count your fingers throughout the day. In dreams fingers often look distorted or extra. This builds awareness between worlds.Clock checking
Look at a clock then look away then look back. In dreams time usually shifts or changes. This trains your mind to recognize unstable reality.Text checking
Read a sentence then look away then read it again. In dreams words often change or blur.Nap wake ups
Set a thirty to ninety minute nap during the day. Wake yourself up gently then relax again immediately. This helps train the mind to stay awake while the body falls asleep.Middle of the night waking
Wake yourself up after four to six hours of sleep then stay awake for ten to twenty minutes then go back to rest. This is one of the strongest methods for conscious travel attempts.Body still mind awake
Lay still and let your body fall asleep without moving. Even if your mind feels busy do not force it quiet. Just observe.Ask yourself are you dreaming
Ask this multiple times a day. Say it out loud sometimes. This habit will carry into the dream state.CLEANSING YOUR SPACE USING WATER AND EARTH ONLY
This practice uses grounding elements only. No fire and no air. This keeps your body anchored and prevents overstimulation of the nervous system while working with altered states. Water and earth cleanse slowly deeply and safely.
WATER CLEANSING METHODS
Water clears memory energy and emotional residue from a space.
Salt water floor wipe
Mix sea salt and warm water. Lightly wipe the floor in the space you will practice. Focus on corners and doorways.Salt water hand wash
Before each session wash your hands with salt and water and set the intention that nothing follows you in or out of the space.Bowl of water in the room
Place a bowl of clean water near where you lay. This absorbs excess energy during practice. Discard the water after.Shower reset
After a session shower with warm water and let the water run over your head and spine.EARTH CLEANSING METHODS
Earth removes heaviness fear and lingering thought patterns.
Salt lines
Place a thin line of salt across the doorway of the room while you sleep. Remove it in the morning.Soil grounding
Sit with your feet on bare soil grass or concrete before session. This grounds your energy into the physical world.Stone anchors
Place dark or neutral stones near your body like black gray brown or clear tones that are not iridescent.Heavy objects
Books pottery wood and stone furniture help stabilize the field in a space.CRYSTALS AND VISUAL STIMULATION RULE
For astral work remove:
All blue crystals
All iridescent crystals
All high flash rainbow or opal like stonesThese stimulate altered perception and can pull awareness too far from the body too fast.
If you use crystals keep them:
Clear
Brown
Black
Gray
Milky white
Matte not shinyThese support grounding not dissociation.
FINAL SPACE RESET STATEMENT
Say this quietly or out loud after cleansing:
This space is clean grounded and sealed
Only what serves my highest good is allowed here

This is a slow intentional 7 day preparation. You can repeat this week as many times as needed.
Day 1
Mental clearing. Reduce overstimulation. No heavy social media before bed. Drink more water. Notice your thoughts not every thought needs a response.Day 2
Breath control. Practice slow breathing in through the nose out through the mouth. Ten minutes in the dark.Day 3
Body awareness. Lay still and scan your body without moving. Feel where you hold tension.Day 4
Visualization. Imagine floating upward without forcing the feeling. Let the nervous system stay calm.Day 5
Energy separation. Picture your awareness pulling slightly forward from your chest then gently returning.Day 6
Protection work. Call in protection from your higher self and set clear boundaries before attempting travel.Day 7
First conscious attempt. Fully relaxed body fully awake mind.HOW TO SET UP YOUR SPACE

A talisman helps anchor your soul to your physical body while traveling. This can be a ring crystal necklace coin or personal object.
Hold it during practice or keep it on your chest. This creates a return point.
ATTEMPTING TO TRAVEL WITH SOMEONE ELSE
If you choose to try meeting someone in the astral space you must both agree on:
A location in advance
A protection prayer or shared intention
A symbol you will look for
A return timeAfter the experience compare notes without leading each other with questions.
Never attempt this with someone you do not trust.
